About Me

I became a life coach completely by accidental design.

In 2015 I had sort of checked out of the traditional world of television and radio media, a territory I had explored, loved and thrived in for over 20 years, only to tumble head first into working for Mindvalley on their Soulvana platform.

I fell in love with this new space I found myself in.  Curating and hosting the monthly courses, working with some of the most successful names in their field was a huge, delicious learning curve. Creating new courses with amazing teachers and authors for our thousands-strong tribe was so exciting. Coaching them was a truly fulfilling experience. My team inspired me daily and I found myself stretching & growing every day.

For over 2 years I was fully immersed in the world of personal and spiritual growth, learning, technology, amazing people and mind blowing events. .

The turning point came in 2017, whilst I was co-hosting A-Fest with Vishen Lakhiani, founder of Mindvalley. It was there in Spain that I realized I wanted to work face to face with people.

It just took a few kicks in the butt from some very awesome inspirators (inspirational conspirators) to see it clearly - you know who you are!

The common denominator for everything I have done over my varied career is deeply rooted in connection & laughter.

As a coach it is now the basis of how I work, so that it is as fun and as interesting a process as possible.

Seeing my clients getting their game-on, believing that ‘nothing is set in stone’, that they can be who they want to be anytime they want it, is thrilling.

I also learned that no matter what stage any of us are at, EVERYONE benefits from some good old coaching.

It’s what got me here today - raring to work with people one on one, to be the inspriator for others, to give them the help needed to breakthrough what’s holding them back, so that they can get UP & away to where they want to be.

What I do

There are many ways I collaborate with and support my clients.

Depending on their needs and the changes they want to make, we work together to create a perfect plan of action for them.

Using all my skills, learnings and practises from my years of working in different industries and in various roles, I pull all my resources together for my coaching.

I have worked with children, teens and adults ~ who's success was just an 'I can', away....

Officially in a nutshell, I am certified as a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

As an NLP Master Coach ~ I can get you moving towards where you want to be and what you'd like to achieve. This truly is a journey of self-commitment and self-investment. It’s such an inspiring process to be a part of. Who doesn’t get infected with motivation and positive change when you are right in the thick of it, as coach and client.

As a Master Practitioner of Hypnosis ~ I enjoy this wonderfully gentle way to engage the unconscious mind in directing and cementing in new strategies & motivation, to get those rapid changes that are desired. It’s also a pretty fabulous way to help with anxiety and a whole host of other issues that keep people stuck in old patterns.

As a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy© ~ I not only thoroughly enjoy this technique, but everyone I have worked with using TLT© , kids and adults alike, really have fun with the process, discovering how rapidly effective it is, which is exactly why it’s so brilliant.

Seriously I would not be here today, doing any of this, if it weren't for my Little Man.

He has been the biggest inspirator in my life.

I was lucky enough to have a kid that demanded of me; a solution based mindset, to question every rule, to push myself out of my comfort zone and to really consider what life skills a person needs to have in this world.

When I decided to venture out on my own and start up my practice, it was my Little Man who calmed my fears by simply saying "Ma, you said I can do anything I want, well that means so can you. Trust yourself, I trust you. How will you ever know if you can, if you don't."

So I did.

This has been our journey together and my co-pilot never ceases to amaze me with how he continues to see the world, as a vast and curious place.

They say that curiosity killed the cat, well we say 'be curious or be stuck'.
